UB HU missing hand

When I HU on UB I am having problems with the import not capturing the last hand if I stack someone and they leave imediately. Unless someone else comes in and plays another hand this last hand is not imported. I can see the last hand in the UB HH box but it is not importing even when i hit retrieve hand on the UB HH box.

I know about 5 people that can confirm the same problem.

I've just been importing from the HHs UB stores on the hard drive AFTER the session to correct the problem.

Would definitely be nice to get this fixed properly though.

Where is UB saving the HH on the hard drive?
