HEM not loading up

I was playing and it crashed. Said "microsoft.net framework something error" Then prompted w/option to quit or continue. Can't remember which option I hit but it HEM closed after that and I haven't been able to load it up since. it tries to load but never finishes, please help.

It's working now, I just had to restart my computer.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

How do I find the right .net framework updates?

You can install ALL .net framework updates.

Or manually install .net framework 4 from the Microsoft.com website.
