.6380 Notecaddy not working

I have upgraded to .6380 and my notecaddy notes have vanished. When i try to run notecaddy i get a message saying "notecaddy must be enabled in HUD options before being used".

I have show caddy notes selected. Am i missing something?

This had happened to me in previous versions, but .6380 didn`t spoil the notes,at this time :)

No matter how funny it may sound, but it feels like the program chooses the victims randomly :D

i got the same problem after 6380 update.....
but i found an solution:
deactivate caddy notes in the hud option
restart
and activate caddy notes again in the hund option!
restart

NC is back again!

i just watched some hands in the replayer and then i went back to note Caddy an saw, that i got 3 errors.....

Program is quite honestly the worst piece of commercial software i have ever used.

i can reproduce the error...
i restartet HM2, looked at NC (no errors), watched one hand in the replayer, go back to NC and get the same error ....

i'm just testing 6380 on my laptop (2nd licence) because it's not an official version!
I play on my computer (1st licence) with version 6309 and there i don't have this problem! So it's not a big problem for me!

Note Caddy also worked fine on my laptop with 6309, but after the update i get this problems!
just wrote you this bug that you can correct it bevor the next official release of HM2!

This workaround does not work for me, even after disable/enable and restart I still get the "notecaddy must be enabled in HUD options before being used" error message.

Today i tried the 6384 Update on my first PC....
i here the workaround also doesn't work for me.....

@ morny, we told you this bugs and you make this version an official release? i don't understand that....
i'm glad, that i got a backup and could easily switch back to 6309!

This is incorrect. HEM handles all things related to NoteCaddy licensing and I have escalated this so hopefully it gets taken care of

I can literally feel how sreticentv is pissed because HM messed up and he cant do anything about it.

I got confirmation from HEM that a fix has been put in and is being tested

I can confirm that. Just got a link from Chris for 2.0.0.6390 that fixed the problem.

@sreticentv: What happens to newly imported hands while NC is (temporarily) in Basic mode? Will note defs I already created still be used? Do I have to delete and reimport these hands? Do I have to reset the whole database?

Notes are always made for all definitions but they're filtered out in real time if it's in basic mode. Once yours works again you should not have to go through any headache

I need to remove old version of HM2 before install the new version?

try following (it help me!)

deactivate caddy notes in the hud option
restart your computer
start HM2 and activate caddy notes again in the hund option!
restart HM2
