Tried all the steps suggested in the now locked forum concerning reinstalling HEM and following multiple FAQS to get PostgreSQL to establish a connection, but no success. Was hoping to setup a Teamviewer session. Any day/time is convenient.
The first error was unable to connect to 127.0.0.1, so i followed the FAQ for that solution and was unsuccessful, continued to follow the FAQS and even save my \config for HEM and reinstalled, with that not only still not working but also unable to put my original settings back into the folder because then it comes up with a different error, can't remember it exactly but it was D### something fatal error. The current problem now is the Database Control Panel is just looping "A connection to PostgreSQL service could not be made. Would you like to have Holdem Manager attempt to start the service." With this resulting in the service "starting and stopping."
