Hi- Can you tell me what I need to do to get my HUD to show up on ipoker? I am importing the hands I can see them showing up in the players reports. I have edited my heros to show my screen name on ipoker. So I am not sure why I cannot get the HUD to show up. I am playing ten mans on ipoker what does HEM consider to be seat 1? I set up the seating preferences while I was actually playing so not sure if they will take affect this tournament. Thanks for any help that you can give me.

Just to add to this, the HUD does display on the replayer but not in game. Any ideas?

Hi Patvs- I still cannot get the HUD to show up. I am attaching a screen print of when I ran the table finder. One other note is that when I auto-centered my seat thru the options on Boyle poker it did not seat me directly at 6 o'clock on this ten man table, my seat is slightly offset to the right of the screen. Maybe that is throwing it off? The hands are importing correctly into the database I can run reports in game in HEM to get player stats but I really want to get the HUD working. Also please note that the stats show up fine in the re-player. I have a pretty old computer so I am still on version 1.11.06g of HEM1. Thanks again for your help!

Also I did drag and drop that red box onto the table several times, but the HUD still did not launch (and I played quite a few hands at this table after attempting this multiple times).

I have upgraded to version 1.12.09, and now there is a problem with my license. I am connected to the internet I am not sure why it is not verifying. I PMed you my serial number. Can you please help with this?

Also my serial code is indicated on my account page on the website, so I am not sure why I am having these problems.

OK I got past the licensing issue. Now I remember why I had not updated in the first place. When it launches this database update on HEM ver 1.12.09 HEM locks up every time and I cannot get past this.

I do not care about these new stats, I just want the HUD to work. Is there a HEM version that does this without requiring this massive database update?

Ignore any 'not responding' error, the program will unfreeze after the big database update.

Thanks Patvs, I will give this another try then. I had just assumed since HEM showed as 'not responding' in the Windows task manager that it was locked up. I will try it again.
