hm2 trial worked fine for couple of days but suddenly my
report tab appeared to be empty.
hud is working fine and under active session tab i can see my currents
session stats and the hand importing seems to be working also.

- Close HM2
- Please delete everything in
- Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports
- Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)
- XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports
- Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)
- Start HM2 again

did not solve the problem.
also tried: updated to 6380; created new db and imported hands.
problem still there.
what else could i try.

I am sorry for the continued problems, but unfortunately that log wasn't indicative of an exception/error.

Please delete the following folder -
- 7/Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Hold'emManager\ - Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)
- XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Fozzy\Local Settings\Application Data\Hold'em_Manager - Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)


If that doesn't help, please try a complete reinstall:

- Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.
- Please delete everything EXCEPT FOR DATABASE, NoteCaddyDefinitions, and CONFIG in
- Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ - Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)
- XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager - Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)
- Uninstall HM2 and then Reinstall HM2 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Setup.exe
- Update to 6380 - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/196471-hm-2-0-0-6380-internal-release.html

4 - Please allow us full access otherwise it slows down the speed at which we can fix the issue
