I was an unfortunate victim of the supposed virus in HEM. I ended up
having to completely remove all the the RGV files (saved config)... I
rescanned my computer.. Kaspersky reports it to be clean..
So, I reinstalled 1.08... asked for activation.. seemed okay...
connected to existing db..etc..
Then I downloaded/installed the latest patch 1.09beta40... and now
when I try to open HEM.. I get an error.. see screen shot.
I've included the 'details' for that error with this email.. See below.. Note that I also
reinstalled the .net framework... rescanned... before installing the
1.08 base and 1.09beta40 patch.
Also note that if I click <continue> to go past this error.. the screen
hangs at validating.. as seen in the attached screenshots. (one of the
exception.. one of the hanging)
Please help.
