stats of the hub is under the wrong player

hi,

It take about 20 min before it stops saying : waiting for hands
And when I use table finder the hub miss place the stats under the wrong players.

I have hm2 and play 9 max on lockpoker.

I have hm2 a month now and still haven't really be able to use it . please help me out ..
