Please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

hi,

I think hands don't import.

Last week, HM works good with ongame network and Hud too.

Since last update of ongame network, Hm says

auto update did not find any new files....
Trying again 5 seconds....

And nothing. HM don't import hands

thanks for help.

So i just got to ongame and Hem is not working. I read into the ongame faq and selected the right import folder. But the thing is, the only file that is beeing generated when i open a table is 1 handhistory.log there is not a file for every table. All the data is in this one file.

Take a look

Thats correct, Holdemmanager should import this file.
Please try a manual import via import file for a test.
If that works start the auto-import and try with the table finder: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

Does this really work with ongame?

I downloaded and tried to import from ongames handhistory directory. But nothing comes up.

I want to be sure that it worsk with ongame since I almost only play there.

And I also wonder if it works with DoNs.

Yes it works fine with ongame.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Setup HEM according to the guide for ongame - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=148

If still no hud - try the table finder. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54
