Hello,
first time posting here, well i'm vinagrex and today when i started up the HM today i saw this

i dont know why, cause i was using HM since a lot of years with no problems at all. i introduce my license and it didnt registered the software

I tried with the "reset all profiles" button at the HM web page and same problem ...


dont know what to do i need to use the software :S ... its an obligation to upgrade HM1 to HM2?!?!?!

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe


First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)


Also please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file


That will enable you to enter the correct serial key. (currently the wrong key is 'stuck' in your license file)
