View Full Version : pokerstars importing but not importing

I've recently started playing on stars and thought I had gotten the files to import without any errors now after the update (import said several files imported successfully). Only problem is, I can't seem to find any files within holdem manager from pokerstars. I can't set up another hero or anything because there are no pokerstars files. Please help!

*Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

Hi!

I have the same problem! While at tables, HUD is showing the right ammout of won hands an net, but when i tried to analyze my session today, huge number of hands were missing.
I have updated software (1.09, beta 40), i have checked the connection between database and software, everything seems ok.
As i tried to import hands played today, when i wasn't using auto import it wouldn't import them, it imported some of them, and returned an error, for about 4/5th of the hands! If i try to see session or summary, it simply doesn't show nothing!
Haven't had problems since i started using HM, or if i had, the update helped, not today :(

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
