I don't see my hands on HM2

Hi, my problem is, that I don't see any of my hands on my HM2, the pokerstars HH folder and subfolder is in, and when I go there, I see the hands on computer, auto import is on, on HM1 it was OK, but now... I don't know why
I have Windows 7 ultimate
