Constant net framework errors

Hello, I am getting net framework error messages when I hover over the note icon over any player or attempt to change note color.


HM 2.0.0.6309

Windows 7, updated today

Windows built in firewall: exceptions made for both hm and hud

avira free anti virus

Hm and hud both run as admin

uac turned off

Any help would be appreciated...

Please try this

Windows 7:
1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992)

Make sure windows is still fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

HM2 now says "not responding" and doesnt do anything.

After your format---> and reinstall of Windows, did you update Windows to the latest service pack and install ALL .net framework updates, and other updates?
