HUD Abbreviations possible to change?

Is there a way to only show some abbreviations on a HUD display? Using the checkbox under HUD options -> Config properties -> show abbreviations creates a mess if you have more than a few stats.

I've had one panel with 6 stats for forever. I know those stats by heart. No need for abbreviations.

I'm now experimenting with another panel with vs hero stats where I have trouble remembering what's what. I would have room for some helping abbreviations in that panel but it seems to be all or nothing?

If this is impossible to do maybe there is a file somewhere where I could change the abbreviations for each stat? Like change 3BBBvBTN to a blank if I already know this one. Should take up much less space.

Ok, figured out that under Stat appearance there's a box saying Abbrevation. So erasing the text there (and leaving a blank to get separation between numbers) for the stats I know does the trick. I can then check Show abbrevations under Config properties
