cant get HEM to work

i used the trial version for a couple of weeks, made my purchase over a week ago but didnt use my registration number for full version until today. im getting a message saying the reg is not acceptable anyone help??

iv been told by support to reset my serial number and i get followin message

If you have a \holdem manager\hm.exe.ldat please delete it and try it again.

If that doesnt work please email the \holdem manager\logs\reg.log, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net

finally sorted i had t0 delete and reinstall everything thanks for your time:D
