Hello i just installed HM, and it was asked for Postgres so i puto the used password, and when the instalation is finishing it tells me thats in C:ProgramFiles:Prostgresql:tmd:xxx something like that and i cant install it i just Format my pc, because i had a problem with HM when i installed a AnySpyware, please help me, it maybe good if i unistalled HM and all that??

Please use the latest HM Beta 40
and post the defailled error message or a screenshot.

Hi, i installed the beta and seems everything was going right, but now i got a problem that says Postgresql Usar or Account already existe what can i do please help!

You had Postgresql installed before and now you need to delete the old postgres user before installing postgresql again.

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) manually delete the Program Files\Postgresql folders
3) run the command - start > run > cmd >

net user postgres /delete
4) reboot.
5) Install PostgreSQL again, with your firewall uninstalled or turned off if windows firewall, using postgresql 8.4.x - http://www.enterprisedb.com/products/pgdownload.do#windows

But its not installed, i think i have to eraise some register or something please help

Reinstall postgresql using these instructions:

When you get to step 7 follow the instructions.


7) If you get an error similar to the one below change the Account Name to something other than postgres, so postgreuser or holdemmanager for example.

Now it doesnt matter you couldnt delete the 'postgres' user name.

Hey really thanks problem is over :D , now when i launch HM i got this error i got the trial so i dont know what do i have to do!

Did you read and follow the instructions you posted?
