Line Analysis Feature Doesn't seem to work?

Am I possibly doing something wrong? When I try to use the line analysis for specific players, it seems to be filtering out of only the last 250 hands. I filter for common actions such as flatting and then calling a c-bet, and I get no hands returned at all. This is for opponents that I have thousands of hands on, so it's not because they've never taken that action.

I would really love to be using this powerful analysis tool, but as usual in HM2 there seems to be bugs. I have a friend with HM2 and he seems to get the same goofy results, so i don't think it has something to do with my specific computer setup.

That's one of the issues. It won't show ALL. That was the issue I was talking about. In fact, after you mess around with different lines, it will only show 1 hand, even if you remove all the filters.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

Thanks for the info. Please tell them to put a priority on this fix. It's such a shame to have such a powerful tool, and not be able to use it. It's also frustrating knowing you almost have it, but don't. :)

I have the latest update but I just used that link you gave me to be sure. This feature doesn't seem to work any better than before. For example I ran one simple filter on my own name. The only thing selected was "3B". This was on a 130,000 hand sample and I 3-bet over 4%. All hands for 3b are known since it's my own SN, so I should have over 4800 results returned here.

Instead as you can see from the attached screen shot, the search turns up only 12 hands. This is just how it was when you guys first released it. The opponents tab has always been useless and still is. 72952

Been a month now guys....any progress? I mean this is a majour feature of the new software (one of the key parts that got me to pay for this "upgrade"). You sold this software as a fully functional non-beta release, but it's not working at all.

I noticed that Line analysis works fine for tournament players but cash it returns blank results under all circumstances. Hopefully this helps you guys to get this sorted. I for one am pretty frustrated that such a large component of the software is completely unusable. Prioritise this pretty strongly please. It is somewhat absurd that we have to beg to have a functional product almost a full year into release.

Line analysis also seems to, at least marginally, work for analysis of myself (although the correct number of hands is def not being returned in all criteria). If I switch to a different player, however, it blanks out.

So this still isn't working and I'm running 2.0.0.7223. Funny thing it's still returning just 12 hands for "3B" search on my name for an even bigger 350k sample now and I have over 5% 3b.

Yes, line analysis should work in the HUD. If you want to analyze all of your opponents' hands, please use the HM2 Reports.

Yesterday I have just installed the latest version 7599 HM2
but i still can not see the line analysis in the HUD.
1 - i installed 7599 version
2 - i pushed the importing forder all hand
but everything is same ..
Can What am I supposed to do?

Are you saying it doesn't come up when you left click the Note icon in the HUD?

It does popup but none or only a few hands are shown, also with players on which I have 1k+ hands. Nothing changed since the last updates, as this was always the problem.

This is pretty misleading IMHO. You'd might better say it doesn't work, as this keeps people wondering.

I have increased the priority of this ticket again and kicked it back to the testers for additional testing to see if we can get this sorted out.
