Cant Re-register HEM

After deleting the files that were being stopped by by antivirus and redownloading HEM i got the pop up saying "your 15 day trial was up" so i went to the link that allowed me to reset my code and i did so. When registering it again i got this error

followed all the steps in the faq, still not working

It may be necessary to delete all holdemmanager related folders in your xenocode folder.
(Under Vista
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Xenocode\Appliance Caches
Under XP: c:\Dokuments and settings\username\local settings\application data\Xenocode\ApplianceCaches\
)
or you need to reinstall Microsoft .net framework.
If that doesn't work you need to contact support@holdemmanager.net with your purchase details.
