Missing Hands @ Pokerstars

Hi,

Today I played 600 Hands according to the Session-Tab, but Report-Tab showed 660 Hands, however there must be other Hands missing cause i didn't find 2 hands I wanted to check on again. PTR shows that I have played even more hands than the 660.
I cleared all Filters but still the same.

I play on Pokerstars
System: Windows 7 64bit
Latest HEM1 Version (run as administrator)

EDIT: It seems that only the big Pot Hands are missing. Maybe there is a Filter running in the background that I can't stop with the Clear Filter option?

Try creating a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

and reimport the hands.
clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)
