Hi Guys,

I had a tab called tournaments in the reports section, and form a start to another it went missing, and I cannot find a way to bring it back. Can you please tell me how to do it?

Thanks in advance,

Reinstall HM2 with the full installer.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Hi Patvs,

I think you misunderstood me. The only thing missing is a report-tab called tournaments. After reinstalling the software the same tabs (Tourn. results, statistics and graph) were there, the Tournaments tab didn't come back.
If it wasn't clean what I'm talking about, it's the tab where you can edit the tournament details and stuff.

Thanks in advance,

I don't usually bump threads, but when I do, it's important.

Since HEM2 seems to be unable to assign the correct results and values to the HUSnGs I play, it would be important that I can edit them manually - and I have no tab for that ATM, so please, answer something.

Cheers,

Sorry for the delay in replying.

Please close HM2 and delete the REPORTS folder in:

W7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
You must show both hidden files and check unhide system files.
See this: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html

(http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.htmlXP:)XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
For showing hidden files and unhide system files, see this: Microsoft Windows XP - Display hidden files and folders (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=trueThen)

Then restart HM2.
