Hi,
I had a latest problem with virus ( Kaspersky user), the latest update didn't help so I uninstalled my HM but when I try to extract the downloaded new HM setup file I get the message:

If you only double clicked the holdemmanager.zip download, you only opened it up in a preview window of sorts.
- Right-Click > Extract All to your holdemmanager.zip file.
- That should create a new folder with the contents, which should allow the setup to run properly.
- If you have any issues with the windows not having an Extract menu under Right-Click, try www.7zip.org.

Your download file is corrupt.
Reboot your computer,
clear your browser cache or use a different browser,
download the file again.

I've done all that, installed HEM and update from a different folder as recommended in the other threads however when I opened HEM Kaspersky found a trojan - I added it to trusted zone and it worked, same situation when starting auto import - another trojan, added to trusted zone and the hud is working like it was before. Is it OK to add them to trusted zone?

You should update to the latest Beta 40 from the link in my signature. There should be no virus warnings with this version.
