Hey, I am playing on the everleaf network through the skin 4donk. I am using HM1, and have upgraded to the latest version. I have found my HH files, and am importing them into my hem. After a hand is played, HEM is reading it as imported. However, the hands are not showing up in my reports/graphs, and the HUD is not working for the table. The table does appear as listed in the Table Manager though. Any idea whats up?

Thanks,
Matt

We're aware of this issue for Everleaf and are working on a fix.

(Everleaf changed the handhistory formatting yesterday is their latest update)

Maybe i overlooked but: did the HH format change at all? I briefly scanned new and old one and can't really see any differences...

HM2: the issue is fixed in 6371+ builds (so in the next public build)

HM1: the issue will be fixed in the next build. (1.12.10). I'll "leak" a 1.12.10 pre-release when I see it's fixed.

Yes Everleaf made a minor change to the handhistory formatting.

The new HM2 version is crashing (twice in 10 min). Starts with not responding and freezing the tables

Hi,

Sorry to hear your having issues with HM crashing. Can you please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)

If you have extensions turned off then it may be just called log. Please email the log, directly after you have the issue and before you restart HM2, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com along with a link to the thread or a summary of the issue you’re having

Thanks

@shuki:
Is your Everleaf lobby language in English?
HoldemManager is updated to the 1.12.10 pre-release??

Did you use the TableFinder: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1441/HowIsTableFinderUtilizedIfTheHUDDoesNotAppear%3F

the table is apearing on the table-manger list .
the lang is English.
i got the letest ver. 1.12.10.
the HUD is working fine on the cash tables.
i think the problem is that it's not importing the hands from the tourneys.

What type of tournies are this?
Do the tourney hands import into a new database?

(email us a handhistory of such a tourney to support@holdemmanager.com )
