Poker Stars import problem

I can import hands from Full Tilt and Party Poker fine. With Poker Stars every time a hand import is attempted either under auto import or import from folder an error is numbered for each hand.

The folder is not write protected and the import is in English and set up as per the FAQ instructions. The table comes up in the table manager OK but no data on it.

Can someone help please?
