Hi!

I just istalled Holdemmanager on a new computer and I im having problems with my ongame client (goalwin).
First of all, the auto import thing is importing files, but I don't get any actuall hands imported to my holdemmanager unless I use the table finder on every new table that I open.
The problem is that if i am not using table finder HM makes my tables pop up over eachother all the time, so I basicly can't use my cumputer if I have the table manager open. This is a problem since I am playing HU and can't use the table finder unless someone sits down and play with me

I think it started with me misclicking the table finder. And put the red cross in the table finder on a party poker table, when it actually was a ongame table i was looking for. and that the HUD is still looking for it or something.

Please help, I have been trying to fix this for hours

kind regards.
Emil

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
