FTP problems

its a strange problem because some days it happens and some days it wont. but it happens often.

1) client side scanning wont work. HM will attempt to scan(the little green bar moves) but the FTP client remains inactive.
2) after running a server side scan, HM wont open any tables, or will open one table and only that table. eg. i double click table x in HM, it opens. i double click table y in HM, and table x opens again. and this will happen for all tables in the players list. no matter which table i want to open, table x keeps opening instead.

1) You run HoldemManager and FullTilt as admin?

2) You play cash games only?

3) The tables you try to scan are always visible in the lobby?
Or do you switch to e.g. the list of tourneys from time to time?

4) English FullTilt client?

5) "Standard" or "Classic" lobby view?

6) Did you modify the lobby widgets in FullTilt?
