View Full Version : serious problem with HM - virus detect

Today when I started HM my antivirus program (Avast) detect this:

15.10.2009 г. 23:19:07 usermv 1540 Sign of "Win32:Malware-gen" has been found in "C:\Documents and Settings\usermv\Local Settings\Application Data\Xenocode\ApplianceCaches\HoldemManager.exe_v2 36B29B5\TheApp\STUBEXE\@PROGRAMFILES@\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HMImport.exe" file.

I use HM and Avast together 1 month without problem...before today.
What can I do now? I searching for an advice :( I don't sure is it a virus,but if someone know...

I got this too after updating avast. Just a false positive (not unusual with avast). Nothing to worry about.

OK if it is a false positive but how do I stop avast! shutting HEM down ?

Right click your avast icon in your tray and "stop on-access protection".

Ihave the same problem and I was able to open HM stopping AVAST but the hud is not working. Any suggestion? Someone has the same problem¿?

Please use the latest Beta 40 from the link in my signatare. There should be no virus issues with this version.
