Ongame HH folder in windows 7

I recently joined an ongame room.
But can't manage to find the location where they store the HH.
I've tried the ongame FAQ but the location does not exist in windows7 and searching / clicking folders did not help me find the P5 or handhistory map. In the site's root folder no HH folder exists.

Fwiw the room is Betsafe, OS is Win 7 64bit RC, HEM is latest version. My user folder gives me Postgres, public and my username as folders. neither of them have subfolders that connect to local or p5 or my pokerroom.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

3. Confirm that your hand histories are saving

The next step is to confirm that the hand histories are appearing in that folder.

1. Scroll to C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\P5\<YourSiteName>\handhistory and keep that window open if using Vista. If using XP open this folder: C:\Documents and Settings\%USERPROFILE%\Local\Application Data\P5\PokerSiteName\handhistory

I bumped into a new problem though.

I can see the hh files appearing, and they do import. Also if I auto-import it imports files. However, the HUD is not launching. Not even when I use the table finder to select my table.

My HUD is working on other networks (ipoker / FTP) so I think it's an ongame dependant bug.

I did upgrade to beta 1.09.40 this morning. Using Betsafe pokerroom.

Some additional information:

- I did change my ExeNames.txt file as suggested.
- I checked that my HUD config applies for fullring / ongame as well
- I setup my hero name
- The hands are importing fine, I can see the hh's in HEM.
- The Table Manager remains empty (white) no tables are showing. There are unattached hands and clicking the cross on the table does show the name of the table. But after that the screen remains white and no HUD pops.

Having the same problem on heypoker (ongame) using 1.09 beta 37 Omaha version. Also on windows 7.
Import is working its only HUD which doesn't find the tables. HUD running as administrator.


The Table finder just pop ups with skin not found.


Ipoker and other sites works, only problem at ongame
