Hi,

I received one big txt file from Stars which has ~15000 sngs in it, which I uploaded into HEM. This loaded all the games, but does not give the finish positions and winnings. Is there anything I can do to have those processed as well?

You need to try and ask them to send you all of your Tournament Histories as well. These tourney summaries contain the finish and payout info for HEM.
