Hello, HEM is not importing my hand histories from Betsafe on Ongame network.
I am using HEM version 1.08.04.
I am playing 5max NLHE.
I have clicked on the start auto import button.
There is no faq specific to Betsafe but i followed the ongame/bwin faq.
The hand histories are showing up in the correct folder:-
D:\Documents and Settings\Anthony\Local Settings\Application Data\P5\Betsafe\handhistory
The location in my auto import folders is the same as this and +subfolders is selected.
HEM says imported files 1 of 1, but doesnt say its imported any hands and when i search for my screen name in reports, it isn't there.
The hand history files are writen in english.

You are referring to the Table Scanner, not the Table Finder. Please try the table finder.

If the HUD still wont work Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.10.02 final from the link in my signature.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work)

i think its to do with the betsafe skin/on game network...

after installing the update, table manager now located my table (but confused a 10handed game for a 6 handed one, and HUD still didn't run...)

everything thing is set to "run as admin", i'm using vista..

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the files in the handhistory folder to your \hmarchive folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

new handhistory generated, but same problem exists.

table manager seems to be identifying the 10 handed game as 6m, and isn't displaying the hud

i'm just going to muck ongame, they don't have preferred seating anyway, so i guess hud doesn't ever really work (right?)

also; worst software ever.
