General Question Pls

Hey guys,

I hope my English is good enough for this...

I purchased HM (Prof. edition) a few months ago, the last months I played CG a lot, and all worked fine.

No I want to fucus von 50-200 Euro SnGs for the next time - but somehow I cant see my results or track it properly - do I need to install a Addon or a update?! Does it also work with the HUD? :confused:

And are MTTs also tracked? I simply cant find it.

Hey.

So I updated my Version, but it doesnt work properly.
I will try to add a Screenshot - I played 2 SnGs (Short handes) - one with 30 Buy in and one with 20.

I placed first and 2nd. But the graph shows me -11 Dollars?!
CG was still tracked 100% correct after the update.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
I installed the beta you mentioned.

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
I play on Boss Media - Poker Heaven. (NL - SnGs - MTTs)

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yep

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yep

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
Its ok - otherwise the CG wouldnt work correct.

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
Yes.

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
Yes.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes.

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
I'm using Windows Seven - but I run HM in a Virtual Machine with Windows XP. I'm connecting the via net use to the converted Files and import them to HM.
Maybe it will help if i play in my VM and not only run HM there?

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

For the sites you are playing at no infos about the tourneys are written into the hand history. You need to edit them manually via dataview -> edit.

And you can define the default buyin to use under options (the preconfigured value is 11$).

This has to be changed by the Pokersite.
For the tourneys in your database you need to edit it manually.

And you can change the default buyin under options to 30$ for example to have this set.
