"An error occurred while retrieving the imported file list: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."

Ive also managed to get the program up intermittenly and when i click the auto import button for the hud I get an access denied error.

Oh Im useing the trial as well ^_^ forgot to mention.

This usually is a firewall configuration problem:

I have the exact same problem too; after i opened the program, it will close by itself. There is no message displayed when it closed by itself.

And it was working fine 24 hours ago.

Try with your virus scanner disabled for a test.
If that doesn't help i need more informations about your systems.

Mine just started working randomly, tried every fix in the faq for every type of error possible last night, nothing worked. Now I wake up this morning and It starts working, left the comp on last night nothing changed.

Worked yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon it died. Can't start it. When I start it, it flashes on the screen and then is killed by my virus program AVG Internet Security. I get the message about ..... hmimport.exe having the trojan.

I have gone into AVG and went to everyplace I can find where you can tell it to allow a program.

I have allowed every .exe file in the HM directory and the HMImport.exe in the Documents and Settings area with the big long pathname.

Rebooted.

Nothing works.

It stops dead with the message about the trojan in HMImport.exe.

This is ungood.

Please use the latest Beta 40 from the link in my signatare. There should be no virus issues with this version.
