Hi, I del config file, check preference seat, install on english language... but HUD are still mixed??? What can I do?

What type of games?

Preferred seating is not supported for the Cake network.. yet.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all .net framework updates.

I'm playing sngs on PokerStars, I have tried these things you said but it is still not working though. I use W7, with AVG internet security, the apps from HM are allowed in my firewall settings, W7 is up to date so is .net framework.

It is already set to English. I don't know what else could be wrong =(.

Is HoldemManager correctly importing all the hands?

Delete your C:/Users/../AppData/Roaming/HoldemManager/Config/prefs.xml file.
Then setup the seating preferences again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/34/PreferredSeating

If that doesn't resolve it, reinstall with the full installer.

Hey, Pavts. It worked! Following your advice to dele that file solved the problem! Thank you so much! And just for the records, it was importing correctly, just the hud was misaligned.
