I have followed all instructions just like using Vista but am having a tough time getting my HUD to import. Can I get a step-by-step from you guys. I already have the database installed and HEM installed but need help with importing. Thanks

Please try updating to the latest beta version from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

If that doesn't help, please answer and post these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Updating = Still no good. I had to create a folder for hh's to be saved and I pasted that folder both in Pokerstars client as well as in Holdem Manager Auto Import. I had it working before having to reformat my computer but can't remember exactly how. Should I set up hero names first or what? I am beginning to become very frustrated with this thing. User accounts is turned off and I have followed every little detail.

Please answer the questions he linked to:

Make sure you also attach the config file as explained in step 9.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.
