starting import/hud issue

Hi, I have this issue: when I open Hem2 importing and hud are started by default, but nothing is showing. I can't see anything there is only a hud messagge "waiting for hands"

so I have to click on hand importing, click somewhere and then apply/close

after few seconds I have my hud working

I have never had same problem with hem1

some ideas?

On which site are you playing?
Are the hands properly being moved to your archive folder.
Are they saved in a folder that's added as an auto import folder?
