Need help installing

I know this may seem basic, but I can not figure out how to install Holdem manager. It may be just me, but I have no clue how to install this damn program and there is no way to directly contact someone. Evertime I try to install PostgreSQL it says that the program cant be found in my computer. Help would be appreciated. I am getting to the point of just giving up and considering this a bad purchase and switching to pokertracker.

Please email me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/TeamViewerQS.exe. It does not need to be installed, as it can run directly from your Desktop/Directory. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you.
