I noticed this with the Betfair ongame skin but not sure if it is doing it with my other ongame skins. The import will seem to work fine but if after long periods of inactivity and the tables get "closed" by the site then the hands don't show up in hm. Even if I shut down hm and the skin the hands don't show up in hm. Then I restart computer and try to do a force import and nothing. Then I look in reports and the hands are there. So the hands obviously got auto imported but they wouldn't show up in hm unless I restart the comp. It seems like this happens after long periods of inactivity and the tables all "auto close". Then I sit at all new tables again and the hands won't show in the auto import. Maybe it's something else causing this but I'm not sure. Anyone have any ideas?

I wait exclusively at heads up tables so this is why the long periods of inactivity.

Thoughts?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto u pdates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

Are you watching the hands on the sessions tab? Are they listed under a NEW session?

Check the Windows Event Viewer for logs. I had this issue this issue before and it just have a conflict of one of the plugins I installed. http://imagicon.info/cat/10-3/vbulletin-smile.gif
