Hands importing but not saving on Littlewoods

Hi, just tried to deleted hand grabber as it was making software crash so much installed the new HEM 1.09 beta and now the hands show up on HUD but dont save to my database teamviewer help would be greatly appriciated.

its not that, the hands import into my hud and show up onscreen but they dont save into my database, really not sure what ive done wrong

Usually this is a wrong filter or you are not using the correct player name.
