Hello I need to reinstall HEM on my new computer because my old one crashed and I lost everything. I bought the program through Cardrunners so the only thing I have is the registration code xxxxxx. Help would be appreciated. Thank you, Kevin Cloonan

Reset your key via our registration system (link in my signature) and you can use it again.

I edited your key in the post for security.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

Please try following all of these FAQs, step by step:

If that doesn't help at all we may want to schedule a remote support session to assist you.
