HmUpdate1.06.03 bad download

I've downloaded it a couple of times and restarted the computer.

On the laptop I'm trying to update HEM but I get

Package integrity check failed: the package has been truncated or corrupted, and it will close. Please try to obtain a valid copy.

Are you downloading this version, ive double checked it and its fine and nobody else has reported a problem with it http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03.exe
