Table scanner doesn't work for full tilt

My table scanner works on ps but not on full tilt. I don't use filters. What can be the problem?

1) What Game / Stake / Format etc. do you try to scan?

2) English FullTilt client?

3) Operating system is?

4) What exactly happens when you set the scanner to FullTilt and press "Scan"?

5) "Scanner->Settings->FullTilt" is set to "Server side" or "Client side"?
