Patch problems

I downloaded the latest patch and now HEM won't open at all. All that comes up is the 'Holdem Manager has experienced a problem and has to close' box. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Please reboot your computer, clear your browser cache or use a different browser.
Download and install the latest Beta patch again as first thing after the reboot.
