Hi,
I'm interested in your software, but understand that you currently also need a handgrabber to make it work with OnGame. But I read that you are releasing a beta which will work without the handgrabber, however will the HM beta be able to also datamine the Ongame network?
Regards,

The built in ongame importer will not handle data mining since as far as I can tell those hands are not saved into the database.

hi,
i am using HEM together with the ongame handgrabber, but it only works at cashtables and not at tournament tables. What can i do to resolve this problem?
kind regards,

Hi,
sorry it's an old subject, but with the change of Ongame software in June, are we now able to datamine on ongame rooms ?
Thank you

HM is no datamining tool.
If the Pokerclient writes handhistory files when you are not playing you can import them. But i don't think the new Ongame client has this feature (even FTP switched it off some weeks ago)
