View Full Version : stop to importing after few hundred hands

hello,

since two days, my holdem manager stop to import hands after few hundred hands. sometimes it stops after 253 hands, sometimes it is after 191 hands. it is never the same number of hands , or minutes.
when i close an open it, it works

i play on fulltilt, i use the postgresql 8.3 version, and the only manipulation i have done is to active the " show note icon" in " payer preferences" .

i had a message which said something like: " send a mail to holdmem support to verify your postgresql version and increass the time importing ( or something like that, i don't remember exactly )

hello,
after the update it was ok, but few time after it stopped to work one more time.
so i decided to format my pc because i though i could have a virus or something like this.
i did it, i didn't find my last database, so i created a new one, hud appears but it stop to count hands after about 20 hands, ( 30 maxi ).

so i ask you one more time : what can i do?

i am going to answer to the question in order to helping you :

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.08.04

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
i only play on full tilt.
now i only play sit n go HU.


2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
yes, and hud appear normally

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
yes i think everything is ok

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

yes i do

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

yes

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

i created a new databas after formated my pc

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

yes

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

yes i checked it on full tilt

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

i use windows xp

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

sorry i tryed but i am not able to do this.

You need to backup all your HEM data before reformatting. You can email support@fulltiltpoker.com and ask for them to send you all of your old hand histories and tournament summaries, to import to HEM.

The answer is the same as the last time. You have an old version of HEM.
