View Full Version : HUD says 'importing' but isn't

Hi,
I use the latest version of hem, and since today when i click on start auto import, it says "importing", and the table manager recognize the table i'm on (i play on ongame), but the hands aren't importing. Usually it says something like 'Auto Import did not find new hands, retry in 5 seconds' something like that, but here it only displays "importing". And when i click on Import File(s) and import directly the file of the hands i just played it imports fine. What can I do to fix auto import ?

im having same problems ive tried re-installing and restarting comp updating to latest beta and still dont work

I am having the same problem. And when I click "stop import" it freezes. Please help ty.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

I did what you said, i'm under Windows XP, but i still have the same problem. Luckily yesterday i started playing with no hud, and after 10-15 mins the import started and the HUD did launch correctly. But today, even if i wait, nothing happens.
Please help.
