Hud Bug Nova Theme preferred seat

I am using the nova theme on PS. I set my preferred seat as the center seat, but when I set the seat number in HEM2 for 6max it shows the hero hud one seat on my right. When I use "hud setting" > "<<" > "set seat". It asks me if the hud should be set to seat 4?. So basically the problem is, that the center seat on the nova theme is seat 3, but HEM2 thinks it is seat4. Do I do something wrong or is this a bug?

You will need to manually move the HUDs to the desired position by right click dragging them. They should then remain in that spot on all tables.
