When I click to start auto import, my table manager opens and about 1 second later it closes with no warning or message. Also no hand are importing anymore. Which is weird cause it was working fine a couple days ago. The only thing I think I did to it was import my custom HUD.

I'm using version 1.09

Can anyone help me? Thanks

EDIT: I may have figured it out, nobody reply yet

EDIT 2: I turned user controls back off (Vista) and everything works smoothly

If UAC is on, you must set the 3 primary EXE's for holdem manager to always run as admin. I also recommend you set exclusions in any other security software.

Please update to the latest beta 36 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Just as an FYI:

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171
