Hands are importing ok into HEM. On Full Tilt HUD runs for a couple of minutes, then crashes and i get this error:

On Ipoker (recently updated, which is when this started) same thing. After a couple of minutes i get this:

I click continue and get the error message 10 seconds later perpetually. FWIW a friend is running the IPoker update with HEM sans problems on Vista.

I've tried a clean re-install of HEM. Didn't work. I've tried both the latest HEM beta as well as the latest standard HEM update. Neither are working. I'm running an old desktop with XP professional.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Software and uninstall every Microsoft .NET Framework you can find in the list.
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

No luck, Fozzy. Full Tilt is working a little better but still get the error code. Ipoker has the same problem. I changed the framework + updated to latest beta.

Please uninstall Holdemmanager using the Revo uninstaller (www.revouninstaller.com)
and start with a fresh installation of full version 1.08.04 and then update to the latest Beta.

So I've done about 10 clean reinstalls using revo and updated framework and am using beta 40. Full tilt seems to be working ok now but Ipoker only works for around 3-4 minutes before I get the framework error and the hud stops updating. Any more ideas? XP on an old dell.

Please enable logging in the table preferences and after a crash send the log file with a link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.net
