OK here's my situation:

I had installed HEM under a user account that I removed admin status from. It wasn't working with auto import or HUD, I had to manually find the HH files to upload them after my session.

I uninstalled and reinstalled under my admin profile I never use (in order to help prevent viruses). I run HEM as admin, enter in the password each time before I use, etc. Now auto import works, but Merge doesn't remember any of my settings when I log in and HUD still doesn't work, table manager doesn't pick up anything.

Any help?

PS: I am using Black Chip Poker

On what type of tables are you playing?
(we currently have a HUD issue with rebuy tournaments on Merge)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \ho ldem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

It's not working for me either. I'm also on BCP. I did everything you listed here to do.

I got it to work. I messed with the table manager and it worked. I'm not sure what I did but it asked if I wanted to do something for merge tables, I said yes, and it started to work. I do remember that I had to move a little red box with an X on it to the table.

I have run across another problem though. I want to adjust the font from 8 to 9 but only about half of the hud updates to 9 and the rest is at 8. Any fix for this?

Little box with an X = TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Font size: hud options--> player preferences--> stats tab-->
select your HUD configuration
--> go over all the HUD stats one by one and change the font size to 9.
