I can't get HM2 to start up. I've tried uninstalling and I keep getting an error message upon start up after reinstalling. It looks like the hands are loading and then the program exits out with a request to send an error report.
Steps Taken:
1. Uninstalled HM2
2. Rebooted the computer
3. Downloaded latest HM2 update
4. Try to initiate program and receive error message above -- I have sent several error responses back since last night but have not heard back yet.
5. I have even tried to reset HM license and receive an error message regarding that as well
I did purchase Leak Buster yesterday.

Hi.
What does the error message say? Please post a log file after the crash.
Where is my log file?
Vista & Windows 7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)
I use 6263. When I click on "Check for Update" in the Home/Settings menu, there seemes to be no action.
How can I get the update in 6263 ?
