Hi!
I recieve this error when I try to check stats in cash game under reports and graph.
Error: 22008 : timestap out of range
The only thing i can see is "All hands".
If I choose anything besides "All Hands" I get that error and nothing comes up.
I got this error after I installed the latest patch, I use XP and have had no problems with HM before. I have tried to reinstall everything but it didnt work.

also, the stats and the import works fine. it imports hands and i can play with the hud. I can also see how much i won by checking all hands.

Hi, can you do this:
close HM and then edit the holdemmanager.config file and change the
<setting name="LogDatabaseCommands">False</setting>
To
<setting name="LogDatabaseCommands">True</setting>
Then relaunch HM and go to reports tab and run a report. Then look for the DBTrace.log file and please send to support@holdemmanager.net and then close HM and change this setting back to "False"

Sorry, the forums don't like it when you use a less than sign in a post and actually clear out all the text after it. If you use < it works :)

Seems like I have the same Problem. Yesterday this message appeared and since then I can't choose any player, not even myself. Always shows that there are zero players in the DB except for when I datamine and import hands, then the player list builds up, to whatever the amount of new players is that are datamined. But when I close and relaunch HEM, the Playercount is back to zero again.
I can Run Reports though, like "show me players with at least 500 hands" but from this report I can't choose a player. There isn't even a default player chosen at the Reports-Tab where Hero's Reprts are supposed to show up.
This is the message I get when I start HEM and then the same message pops up once more shortly after launch, just like in OP's screenshot.

This is the message I get when I cllick on "select this player" in the reports-tab and the go to the general-reports tab. Notice that there are 11 players listed. That's only because I datamined since the launch of HEM. After I closed and relaunched HEM, the playercount is back to 0 again.

Did this and sent you an email.
edit: just to be clear: HUD works fine, importing works fine -- but within HEM I can't do anything right now, because it doesn't seem to recognize any players. Only the "Player" tab works, where I can filter by hands, site and date, but of the players that a search shows, I can't choose a player and transfer him into the "Cash Games" Tab.
edit2: Another observation. When I datamine, and some completely new players are getting imported, then they show up in the "Players" Tab. I can actually choose those new players and get them to show up in the "Cash Games" tab. But only those new players. After I close and relaunch HEM, the Playercount goes back to zero and I can't choose players to show up in the Cash Games tab anymore, except if I again datamine some players that are new to the Database.

Update:
The error message doesnt appear with a new databsase. I tried to vacuum the DB with which I get the error-message and then I got this message:
There was an error during the Vacuum. Please manually vacuum your database through pgadmin.
So now I vacuumed it through pgadmin, but the problem persists.

Would you be able to install www.teamviewer.com and let me login and take a look? Email me at support@holdemmanager.net if that is ok
Looks like one or more records in your players table has an invalid last played time which is causing this whole query to fail. I would suspect that something in this table is damaged but logging in I could see for sure and hopefully correct it

It's something with PostgreSQL base. I solved the problem by making new database.
